Neal Shrier, founder and President of Shrier Works, is the third generation of Shrier family printing professionals.

Prior to founding Shrier Works in 1995, Neal had extensive experience in the printing industry. Neal has worked as an agency print buyer, in production management and sales. This, coupled with a B.S. in Printing Technology and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, enables Neal and his staff to provide clients a distinctive level of service, creativity, and understanding.

When he's not printing, Neal enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching youth baseball and basketball teams, trying to lower his golf handicap to a 20, reading and keeping physically fit.

Rich's industry experience includes 20 years of commercial print and graphic design sales in the New England area. Rich specializes in working with higher education and non-profit clients.

He recently served as President of The Jimmy Fund Council of Greater Boston and is Chairman of their annual golf & tennis tournament. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Nativity Preparatory School in Jamaica Plain.

Rich is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and resides in Milton with his wife Ellen and daughters Kate and Emily. He enjoys coaching his daughter's sports teams and admits his golf game is not as good as his gardening skills.
